Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional located in Santa Clara, CA. The individual will be responsible for selling insurance products and services, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Property and Casualty, and more. Daily tasks will include consultative sales, customer relationship management, policy management, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. The role entails working closely with clients to understand their requirements and offering outstanding customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales
- Proven experience in Customer Service and engaging with clients effectively
- In-depth knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a current and valid insurance license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with insurance laws and regulations
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in using online tools and policy management systems
