Be Well Nursing is hiring a Staffing/Compliance Coordinator
The Healthcare Staffing/Credentialing Coordinator concentrates on the day-to-day operations of Be Well Nursing and execution of tasks, with focus on recruiting, credentialing and staffing, staff engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience in office administration, preferably staffing related. Applicants with healthcare staffing experience will be prioritized
- Proficient computer skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
