Position : Appliance Repair Technician
Job Description : Beach 2 Bay Appliance Services is seeking skilled and experienced appliance repair technicians to join our expanding company.
Our goal is to create customers for a lifetime, and our technicians are a vital part of the overall customer experience.
We are hiring for all locations, including Niceville, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Fort Walton Beach.
Compensation :
- Starting Pay : $18-25 per hour, based on experience
- Earn up to $75,000 annually with our bonus and incentive program

Work Hours :
8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Saturday (40 hours weekly, with additional hours available if desired)
Job Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances
- Read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Lift and move common household appliances
- Manage paperwork and collect payments responsibly
- Research parts needed to repair appliance
Competencies :
- Professional appearance
- Computer literate
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Commitment to following procedures and policies set by Beach 2 Bay Appliance
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Clean driving record
