Locations: South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood & Long Beach, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour $350 Monthly Auto Allowance $500 commission per lease (after the 7th lease/month)
Earning Potential: $5,000–$6,000/month or $80,000 /year
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood, and Long Beach. Functions:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
- Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
- Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
- Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
