About this Role! The Regional Property Supervisor works directly with property owners of multi-family properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas to provide property owners excellent services such as repositioning, capital improvements, managing special subsidiary programs along with managing the daily operations of a portfolio.

Duties
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and staff
- Efficiently manage rent collection and property expenses
- Prepare and submit property budgets and financials monthly
- Lead a team of property staff to ensure property is maintained up to company standards, including the curb appeal
- Ensure vacancies are filled within 30 days
- Follow all move out mandate, including processing timely deposits and maintaining accurate property records
- As part of the hiring team, conduct in person interviews and make hiring decisions per Equal Employer Opportunity practices
- As a leader in the operations department, regularly assess portfolio needs by routinely evaluating staff performance, including training, coaching, counseling, and staff changes

Requirements
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience supervising staff and managing a portfolio of properties
- Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Proficient understanding of the 30-day resident transaction cycle
- Experience with the leasing process
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to follow new processes
- Ability to guide property staff according to Fair Housing Requirements
- Yardi Voyager Experience (Preferred)
- AppFolio Experience (Preferred)
- Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
Travel Requirements: Travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation. Travel requirements may change at any time.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
