Position Overview:
Beach to Bay Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our property management team at the Ultimar condominiums. The candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of three different associations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code and allocate invoices to their respective accounts
- Issue and track FOBS and RFID Car Passes for residents and guests
- Organize deposits from owners and maintain accurate records
- Assist contractors with access to the building when necessary
- Procure items and supplies for association use
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Prior experience in an administrative or property management role preferred
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with owners, residents, and contractors
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
