Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Beachview Club Hotel. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance tasks, responding to guest repair requests, and completing maintenance work orders in a timely manner. They will also be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to hotel Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including checking and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Responding to guest repair requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completing maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensuring the security of guest room access and hotel property.
• Monitoring and maintaining fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Reading and understanding blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdowns.
• Carrying out specific oral and written instructions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
• A good understanding of English, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and adhere to hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
