Beacon Behavioral Partners is looking for a Part Time or Full Time LPC or LCSW to join our team!This full-time position is in Olive Branch, Mississippi and will support The Right Track Group. As the LPC or LCSW you will be responsible for engaging patients in intensive outpatient mental health treatment.

The LPC or LCSW will provide clinical mental health services, including assessments, diagnosis, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination. This role requires strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and the ability to collaborate with medical providers and community resources to support client well-being.

Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
This job requires employees to have a full range of physical capabilities, including the ability to handle and lift patients, demonstrate manual and finger dexterity, and maintain good eye-hand coordination. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry items up to 40 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing within the normal range are also required. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential job functions.

Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Responsible for completing new patient intake assessment and individual therapy session with children, adolescents, and adults (6 years old and older).
- Deliver in-office services to patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to the identified patient in order to enhance and foster the patient's optimal functioning and interactions in the home and community.
- Provide appropriate documentation for services delivered including treatment goals and progress as specified by Medicaid and CCHS standards.
- Active Mississippi license as LPC or LCSW.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
