Role: Branch Manager
Location: Roanoke, Virginia
The Branch Manager supports Beacon Credit Union's mission, "Dedicated to Our Members' Financial Success," by delivering exceptional service. They identify members' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions. They handle and close consumer loan applications, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Understanding the five C's of credit, they consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Knowledgeable about all Beacon CU products and services, they apply Mike Neill techniques to enhance member experience and achieve success. We are looking for someone ready to expand Beacon's opportunities through community involvement and being 'Dedicated to Our Members' Financial Success'.

Valid Driver’s License.
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration on the NMLS site, with annual renewal and updates for changes.

High level of trust and diplomacy.
Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential dialogues with customers, reports, and vendors.
Skills in motivating, influencing, educating, and advising on significant matters.
Other Skills
Strong communication skills.
