Salesforce Tech Lead:

• Direct Hire Opportunity - 100% Remote - Sponsorship Unavailable
• Salary range - $136-170k depending on location

• Peak Hours 8:30 am - 4 pm CST

• Fully remote, BUT will need whoever is hired to be available for these dates and be onsite for some or all of these tentative dates.

  PI11 = Late February

  PI15 = November 11 - 13

Required:

• Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud

• APEX

• Omni-studio

• Omni-channel

• Flows

• Lighting Web Components (building this out)

• A lot of the org is custom here. Some of this JavaScript side as well.

• Preferred:

• Business Rules Engine (easy to learn, not overly critical)

• Insurance experience

• Apex Enterprise Design Patterns

• Mulesoft

• Specifics:

• Meeting Heavy - sometimes back to back

• Not a write code everyday position.

• 80% leading the team & meetings (design, build, prototyping, proof of concept); 20% actual hands on the keyboard

• Default is to configure (declarative development)

• Not everything will be custom APEX development.

• Self starter
