We're looking for an energetic, seasoned Marketing Coordinator to help us keep growing by representing us as a key liaison out in our highly valued referral community.
We’re in the midst of a dynamic and exciting period of elevating and growing our practice. You’ll help build and maintain our referral base, working closely with our surgeons to plan and execute referral events ranging from social gatherings to continuing education courses, regularly visiting referral offices to showcase our practice, producing promotional materials, and working in partnership with our clinical staff to ensure a white-glove experience for our referrals and their patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain new and existing referral relationships through an ongoing and strategic cadence of office visits, social events and continuing education opportunities.
  • Support the Kitsap marketing vision by creating and executing a wide array of marketing initiatives designed to build awareness of Kitsap, our expertise, and our seamless partnership with our referrals.
  • Regular interaction with Kitsap surgeons to create individualized marketing plans for the referral communities they serve.
    • Develop agendas complete with recent referral data, marketing activities reporting, strategy recommendations, referral relationship improvements based on feedback, etc.
    • Schedule doctor-to-doctor luncheons and lunch-and-learn events
    • Review referral stats with providers to develop and evolve marketing strategies
    • Strategize social and CE events to continue to build referral relationships
  • Work individually and collaboratively with our internal and external marketing team and partner agency.
    • Coordinate with the creative team to produce referral-related print and digital messaging and content including provider trifolds, practice trifolds, event flyers, ads and other necessary assets
    • Develop electronic materials for social media, website related, lobby communications and email correspondence, as needed
    • Put together promotional material such as referral baskets and post-op bags
  • Mange all aspects of planning and executing social and continuing education events including overseeing logistics, registrations, coordinating with vendors, food and beverage, venue, speakers, etc.
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice
  • Help with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years marketing experience preferred; entry level considered
  • Experience in the dental or oral surgery field a plus but not required
  • Comfortable being out on the road, representing practice to referrals on regular basis; Expectation is 60% or more of time will be spent visiting referrals
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, & Excel; Experience with Salesforce, Canva, Adobe preferred but not required
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work with and adapt to differing personalities and leadership styles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Self-starter who is able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have a high level of creativity and someone who strives to be “ahead of the trends”
  • Flexibility for occasional evening events
  • Reliable transportation
