Sign On Bonus

• $150.00 at 30 days
• $200.00 at 90 days
• $250.00 at 6 months

3-4 day work weeks with 12.5 hour shifts

• Duties included in your daily work:

• leading crafts, games or social activities

• transporting residents to appointments and community outing

• coordinating and preparing family meals and cleaning the residential premises

• protecting residents as their trusted advocate.

• You must maintain a log of resident activities/programs, home inventory and events/incidents

• You will provide patient-centered group home care in a safe and healthy setting, free from harm, creating a space of trusting relationships with your residents and co-workers.
