3-4 day work weeks with 12.5 hour shifts

- Duties included in your daily work:
- leading crafts, games or social activities
- transporting residents to appointments and community outing
- coordinating and preparing family meals and cleaning the residential premises
- protecting residents as their trusted advocate.
- You must maintain a log of resident activities/programs, home inventory and events/incidents
- You will provide patient-centered group home care in a safe and healthy setting, free from harm, creating a space of trusting relationships with your residents and co-workers.
