Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership for IT operation, maintenance, and enhancement projects, ensuring integration of advanced technologies like Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with performance standards and compliance with the PWS requirements.
• Develop risk management strategies and ensure timely reporting to senior management and government stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to federal standards for secure coding, cloud solutions, and data management.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
• At least 15 years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrated success in large-scale federal or enterprise-level projects.
• Direct experience with OHS Head Start Program is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing Healthcare and grants related projects for ACF, HHS, NIH or other Federal Health agencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
