About the Role

Currently, the firm is in need of a Senior Tax Accountant.

Duties will include:

• Tax planning, wealth management and personal financial planning for a diverse client base.
• Preparing a wide range of financial statements and tax returns for clients, including individuals, corporations, trusts, estates, and small businesses.
• Developing expertise in compilation and review of financial statements.
• Working with QuickBooks and other accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus!).
• Receiving extensive training and mentorship from hands-on partners committed to your success.

Qualifications

• CPA or Enrolled Agent
• Two or more years of tax preparation experience, preferably in a public accounting firm
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

Required Skills

Tax preparation experience, proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment.

Pay range and compensation package

$70,000 - 110,000 per annum based upon experience. 25% of revenue from new clients brought to the firm for the first two years. Comprehensive benefits.
