- Promptly respond to store and carrier inquiries, delivering professional and effective solutions.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve logistical challenges in collaboration with our Transportation Manager and Distribution Center Operations.
- Utilize technology to route and plan loads efficiently using our TMS.
- Monitor and report on carrier performance metrics, ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence.
- Maintain positive relationships with store personnel, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
