Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Consultant based in Westfield, IN. The Commercial Roofing Consultant will be responsible for assessing and analyzing customer needs, providing consultation on roofing solutions, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Collaboration with various internal divisions and ensuring excellent communication with clients will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Commercial Management expertise to evaluate project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Proven Consulting and Sales skills to effectively engage clients and close deals
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain professional client interactions
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
- Driver's license and ability to travel locally for on-site consultations
