The Laundry Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing clean processed hospital linen. Performs the collection and returning of soiled linen to the commercial laundry service for reprocessing. Also wash and distribute items inhouse as scrubs, mop heads, cleansing cloths, gait belts, etc.
Position RequirementsEducation:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions.
Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. Preferred experience 6 to 12 months.
