Job Title : Controls Operations Analyst

Key Relationships : Underwriting Management, Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants, Policy Issuers, Centralized Processing, other staff and Compliance
Job Summary : To assist teams within Beazley that US Operations supports in maintaining efficient and compliant underwriting processes, while assuring the highest quality of business documents for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality review of policies, binders, revised binders, mid-term endorsements, and / or submissions, utilizing applications and support underwriting documentation.
- Perform assigned control monitoring and reporting tasks, at direction of the Manager, Controls Operations.
- Build effective working relationships with other team members.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with documented procedures and comply with established standards for timeliness, quality, professionalism and accuracy.
- Consistently meet service level agreements set by business teams.
- Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.
- Daily / weekly / monthly tracking of accuracy results through Excel-based or other methods of reporting.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $77,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.
