Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as Director of Applied Behavior Analysis Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and oversight for our ABA program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of ABA services, including developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
In this role, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and incorporate new techniques and strategies into your practice. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in ABA services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
