Flex Houseparents

As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to students
• Assist with household chores and maintenance
• Drive students to activities and appointments
• Administer medication as needed

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
• Be age 27 or older
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $165,000 per couple)
