Family Lifestyle Specialist Job Opening

The Milton Hershey School is a prestigious educational institution that offers a unique career opportunity for married couples to become family lifestyle specialists. As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent, supportive environment for students.

As a family lifestyle specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will also have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your assigned students and support their academic and personal growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience working or volunteering with youth from under-served settings

· This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years

· Both spouses should be age 27 or older

· No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home

· Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans

· Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

· High school diploma or GED required

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
