Job Title: Clinic Assistant Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Assistant Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our clinic, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain a 360-degree view of the clinic operations to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to provide excellent patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and support staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
