Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction leader to oversee the operations of our civil projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will function as a field supervisor, overseeing the organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assignment of work to accomplish project goals. You will also maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience working in a superintendent/leadership capacity supporting civil construction operations. You will have a strong understanding of construction safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.

This role requires frequent travel and relocation throughout the Western United States. The successful candidate will be required to obtain necessary permits and licenses, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports.
Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
