Delivering Excellence: Food Transportation Professional

Job Overview:

The primary function of this role is to safely transport food products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.

This position requires the ability to drive large trucks, unload products using appropriate equipment, and perform vehicle inspections before and after trips.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely Drive Trucks: Transport food products to customers in a timely manner, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully remove products from trailers using two-wheelers, pallet jacks, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Confirm the accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Collect payments and handle financial transactions with customers when applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to enhance our client relationships.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after trips to ensure safe operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Be able to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80 lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
• Work comfortably in various weather conditions, including frequent stops (10 per shift).
