Dental Hygienist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to provide direct dental care to patients under the supervision of a dentist. Their role will be to educate patients on oral hygiene, assist with dental charting, and create a positive experience for pediatric patients.
About the Role:
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient by working effectively as part of a team.
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer same-day care.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction, ensuring they understand the importance of regular dental check-ups and good oral hygiene practices.
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients, reviewing their medical history to identify any potential issues.
- Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout.
- Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary, maintaining accurate records.
- Take x-rays and save them into patient charts when required.
- Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion and understanding towards our patients and parents.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing, demonstrating your expertise in this field.
- CPR (BLS) certification from a recognized authority, such as the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment.
