IDD Support Coordinator Job Description
The IDD Support Coordinator is a pivotal role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. This position involves providing crucial support to families and caregivers, while fostering collaborative relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is required. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience are also acceptable. A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field, combined with one year of clinical experience, is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including individuals with IDD, families, caregivers, and community partners.
