- Job Summary: This is a Regional CDLA driver position that involves safe transportation of goods across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company truck safely and efficiently from origin to destination.
- Meet delivery deadlines and ensure timely completion of routes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and well-maintained.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including hours of service and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience as a CDL driver.
- Must have a clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents in the past 5 years and 2 tickets in the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
