Estimator Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating and be able to support the estimating team in preparing take-offs, budgets, and detailed cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the estimating team in preparing take-offs, budgets, and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and specifications for both interior and ground-up commercial projects.
• Work with subcontractors to obtain and evaluate pricing.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Estimators during preconstruction.
• Use Procore to support estimating and project tracking processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
• Exposure to both interior renovations and ground-up builds is required.
• Experience using Procore.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
