Outstanding Patient Experience Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Outpatient Services Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers.
Job Description:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel; take messages and send tasks as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm office appointments, as well as cancel appointments as needed.
- Coordinate all aspects of hospital consults called in.
- Arrange recall appointments and manage the use of telephone services.
- Reschedule no-show appointments and maintain coverage to reflect correct information for the day.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years medical administration experience preferred.
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience desired but not required.
