About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services to patients of all ages in Box Elder, MT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients with various medical needs
- Treat and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes
- Perform routine procedures and conduct follow-up visits with patients
- Participate in opioid awareness initiatives and other community-based programs
Requirements:
- MT state license required; enrollment with MT Medicaid and Medicare necessary
- DEA, ACLS/BLS, and BC/BE certifications essential
- Comfortable working in rural areas or with Indian Health Service facilities
