The role requires a smartphone, printer/scanner, and access to a desktop/laptop or tablet. Dependable transportation is also essential, with good gas mileage being a plus.
Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are typically 1099 contractors, working on a freelance basis. Income is based on area and volume, with most inspectors completing several inspections per hour.
