As a Mortgage Field Service Contractor, you will be responsible for conducting drive-by occupancy inspections of properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn income based on your work volume and area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.
• Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor.
• Take photos of the property using your smartphone.
• Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app.
• Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
2. Must have dependable transportation with good gas mileage.
3. Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
4. Must have access to a printer/scanner.
5. Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
