Executive Retail Store Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail dispensaries. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and minimize risk

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
\
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance
\
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers to build trust and foster a positive work environment
\
• Implement processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
\
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to employees to support their professional development and career growth
\
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
\
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue
\
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
\
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
\
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
\
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the cannabis industry
