The state is seeking a human resource specialist to support the development of learning initiatives.
About the Role:
This role is part of the Office of Learning and Development in a state agency. The incumbent will assist with planning and implementing learning programs, as well as maintaining records for various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all learning initiatives
- Assist with employee incentive training programs and new employee orientation
- Assist with planning and implementing Workday Learning
- Administer and maintain records for the incentive training program
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding the incentive program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in human resources management or a closely related field
- Three or more years of experience in a learning and development or human resources generalist role
- Extensive and current HR expertise, particularly in learning and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technological skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently while also serving as a contributing member of a team
