Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced medical director to join our team at a prestigious family medicine practice in Hays, Kansas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in medical direction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Package:

• $350,000 base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $25,000 annual retention bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• $10,000 in county relocation awarded
