Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Quality Management: Ensure adherence to quality standards, developing and implementing processes to monitor and improve product quality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.

Requirements:
