Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on unique client needs, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning and empower clients in their mental health journey.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding professional responsibility.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation.
• Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
