About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care with excellent knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing License is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary within 60 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is necessary within 6 months of hire.
- STABLE and NRP certifications are required within 1 year of hire.
