Industrial Process Technician

This position is within our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where you'll assemble raw materials and process products according to high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools, and equipment.

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Production Operator to create batches following recipes on batch tickets, track raw material inventory, and maintain a safe work environment.
• This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning, as well as the ability to lift and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
