Job Overview:
This role requires frequent travel between healthcare facilities within the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive quality standards by meeting regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care with staff members, from admission to discharge.
- Ensure patients and their families are educated on post-procedure vascular access care.
- Act as a resource for staff to address patient concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient treatments from admission to discharge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Advanced Degree highly desirable
- Current state licensure and ACLS certification required
- 6-8 years' related experience, including 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience
