Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Active MA OUT PATIENT license
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
