Travel physical therapists provide individualized care and treatment plans to patients. They are expected to communicate and document all required details, monitor patient's condition, assess needs, and deliver age-specific direct patient care according to facility protocols.
To succeed in this role, you must have an active physical therapy license for the state in which the assignment is located, evidence of at least one year of travel experience as a physical therapist, and evidence of one year of experience within your specialty/modality within the last three years. You must also have graduated from an accredited school in your discipline.
