We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage team leaders and associates, oversee process engineering, quality, and performance assessments of the Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
