Job Title
Production Operator
In this role, you will be a key team member in our manufacturing process. You will perform front-line production tasks that add value and quality to our inputs and creation of final products. This includes operating machinery, packaging the final product, and working with a variety of equipment.
Key responsibilities include adhering to all safety processes and insisting on safe practices for yourself and others. You will also need to show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, adapt to changes quickly, and ensure all quality standards are followed during production.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 18 years of age, 1 year or more of work experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English. You should also be willing to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
Preferred experience includes 1 year of manufacturing work experience and machine operation experience. If you possess these skills, you may have an advantage in the hiring process.
This position requires frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements. You will also be required to wear personal protective equipment and work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods.
