At our manufacturing facility, we are seeking a highly motivated Production Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality of our products. This role is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Environmental Swabbing: Conduct regular swabbing of environmental surfaces to identify and eliminate any potential contaminants or sources of contamination.
- Room and Equipment Checks: Perform thorough checks of all rooms and equipment to ensure they are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.
- In-Process Testing: Conduct testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to verify their quality and safety.
- Sampling: Collect and label samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for testing and analysis.
We also require you to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to our company's policies and procedures regarding personal hygiene, food/drink/tobacco restrictions, and other relevant guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a related field, such as quality control or assurance, is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
