Customer Relationship Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and matching them with the appropriate bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc.
• Process transactions accurately, safeguarding the bank's assets and maintaining a secure working environment.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer, handling large amounts of cash with precision.
• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and utilizing opportunities to transform service into sales.
• Travel between branch locations to serve customers across the region.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.
• Understanding of basic math concepts and principles.
• Must pass assessment tests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, use computer keyboard and mouse, and view computer screens. Must also be able to lift at least 20 pounds to process boxed or bagged coins.

Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
