Job Title: Store Leadership Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of go-getters while overseeing day-to-day operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate will be a born team leader, eager for an opportunity to coach and supervise staff members.

The selected individual will have direct supervisory responsibility for the personnel working at assigned locations. Responsibilities include maintaining superb communications between assigned locations, Operations Management, and the Support Center.

Key duties include:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of each assigned store
• Continually train and develop staff members
• Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Routinely evaluate staff performance
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and supervised staff
• Manage customer and employee concerns and complaints
• Maintain a clean and safe lobby and workspace
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Comply with state and federal laws governing the financial services industry

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
• Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant or other comparable business is required
• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Computer keyboard proficiency is required
• Candidates must understand and be able to meet the demands of a customer service-focused retail environment
• Must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
• Able to work effectively with others in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment
• Must be a great sales leader with excellent skills in driving store revenue growth
• Reliable transportation is required for travel to various locations to meet staffing demands
• Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
