- Supervise day-to-day operations of each assigned store
- Continually train and develop staff members
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Routinely evaluate staff performance
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and supervised staff
- Manage customer and employee concerns and complaints
- Maintain a clean and safe lobby and workspace
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Comply with state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant or other comparable business is required
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Computer keyboard proficiency is required
- Candidates must understand and be able to meet the demands of a customer service-focused retail environment
- Must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
- Able to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment
- Must be a great sales leader with excellent skills in driving store revenue growth
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to various locations to meet staffing demands
- Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
