**Sales Development Representative Role**

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

  • Generate Leads: Identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail sales.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for community solar and third-party energy solutions.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with prospects and team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  3. Maintain CRM: Accurately record all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
