This role is responsible for coordinating and managing scheduled service interruptions to ensure minimal disruption to mission-critical systems and compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. You will play a key part in planning, overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of all aspects of service delivery.

">As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for:
">- Planning and coordinating scheduled service interruptions;
- Overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of all aspects of service delivery;
- Maintaining documentation and reporting through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy;
- Collaborating with technical teams, government stakeholders and Change Advisory Boards (CABs) to approve and communicate ASIs;

">- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience;

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
